In 2025, Ashish Kumar, CEO of KIS Foundation, conducted four Corporate Mentorship Sessions for post-graduate students preparing for job interviews. Held in January, March, August, and September, the sessions focused on practical interview readiness and workplace skills. Mr. Kumar guided participants on jobseeker profiling, job search fundamentals, alignment with opportunities, profile building, communication, positioning, soft skills, emotional intelligence, sector awareness, and interview techniques including scenario questions and demos. These sessions strengthened participants’ confidence and preparedness to face interviews and achieve professional success.

On World Safe Abortion Day, KIS Foundation reaffirmed its stand for safe, stigma-free access to abortion because every choice deserves dignity. KIS Foundation CEO Connects with the Her Excellency, Ms. Mahishini Colonne, Sri Lanka

Ashish Kumar, CEO of KIS Foundation was invited to attended a special interaction at the New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM), where he met and interacted with the H.E. Ms. Mahishini Colonne, High Commissioner of Sri Lanka, who addressed the leadership team and postgraduate students. She emphasized the strong India–Sri Lanka ties and highlighted discipline, time management, focus, and hard work as keys to success. Talking About Growing Up: Advancing Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) Training

On 17th September 2025, KIS Foundation held an SRHR training for safeguarding officers from 32 SOS Children’s Villages across India. The “Talking About Growing Up” session emphasized open, stigma-free conversations on bodies, puberty, sexuality, and consent, while equipping caregivers with age-appropriate guidance. Key discussions included masturbation, grooming, communication methods, and bridging SRHR knowledge gaps. The training also highlighted connecting children and adolescents with government schemes and referral networks, reaffirming KIS Foundation’s commitment to holistic and inclusive SRHR education.

International Day for the Preservation of the Ozone Layer

On the International Day for the Preservation of the Ozone Layer, KIS Foundation hosted a dialogue with Dr. Hrishikesh, who highlighted the Montreal Protocol, India’s progress in ozone protection, and the vital role of youth in climate action.
